Car Doctor Orlando, The Accident Experts!

WHAT IS “STEERING”?

If you had a serious health problem, would you let your health insurance company send you to the cheapest doctor in town to make sure THEY got the best deal? Of course not! Yet that’s the fate of many vehicles after an accident. With steering, your insurance agent may suggest or recommend a shop that he/she has a relationship with and will repair your car in the most cost-effective way for THEM… But that may not ensure the best quality workmanship or even new, OEM parts for YOU. That’s why we work with all auto insurance companies to view your insurance claim and give you the best quality service, regardless of where your insurance company may steer you towards.

WE WORK FOR OUR CUSTOMERS, NOT FOR YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY.

Car Doctor Orlando works with ALL auto insurance companies, but our top priority is you, the vehicle owner. At some repair shops, the needs of the insurance company are served before the needs of the customer; not at Car Doctor Orlando. We hold our customers to high standards and are willing to help with any and all car needs that must be met after an auto collision or car repair problems. We fight for YOUR interests, to make sure you get the best repair work possible. We work with all auto insurance companies, so we’ll never cut corners to serve their bottom line. That’s an example of our dedication to our customers. In fact, we’ve become known in the Orlando area as the “Accident Experts” because of our high quality auto body work (click here for our Before/After Gallery) and because we know how to deal with insurance adjusters and agents efficiently and professionally to get your vehicle repaired quickly, with top quality parts and workmanship. Don’t go anywhere else but Car Doctor Orlando for collision and auto repair!

EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS And EQUIPMENT

Unlike most body shops in the Orlando area, we have the EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS and EQUIPMENT that allow us to bring your vehicle back to pre-accident condition, a standard of excellence achieved by less than 10% of body shops nationwide. This showcases our one-stop-shop services, as we can assist with any and all of your auto needs with quality equipment and experience readily available. You can feel confident in choosing Car Doctor Orlando since we guarantee all our work and our dedicated to providing 100% customer satisfaction 100% of the time! Car Doctor Orlando offers a lifetime warranty on our collision work and paint!

TOP THREE FACTS THE INSURANCE COMPANY DOESN’T WANT YOU TO KNOW:

  1. You have the right to select the repair shop that will repair your car.

  2. The insurance company’s recommendation on where to fix your car is NOT binding, you have the ultimate power to choose where you want to get your car worked on.

  3. You have the right to get multiple estimates before your car is repaired.

YOU’VE BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT

WHAT DO YOU DO NOW?

A checklist of what to do after you’ve been in an accident:

  1. Contact your insurance company and report the accident.

  2. Your adjuster will take all of the details and try to determine who is at fault. The adjuster will either waiver or apply your deductible accordingly, once a claim has been made. Remember – it is you that decides which body shop will repair your vehicle.

  3. The adjuster will send a damage appraiser to the collision shop to assess and negotiate the repair damage.

  4. When your vehicle has received approval for repair, the shop will contact you to sign a repair order before proceeding with the repairs.

  5. Parts are ordered and a body technician is assigned to repair your vehicle.

  6. Your vehicle is then sent to prep and paint.

  7. The vehicle is then ready for parts assembly and the detail department clean-up.
